2008 RATES

JANUARY - APRIL

$500 Week

MAY  - SEPTEMBER

    $700 Week - Kitchen Suite

$400 additional/week - for both Suites

OCTOBER - DECEMBER    $500 Week

Rates are based on 2 adult occupants.
Surcharge of $15 per extra adult per night.
 

Kids are special, talk to us about them - in most cases we prefer to not charge for them!

NOTES:

We accept Visa or direct debit by Paypal, cash or cheque

Reservations are required

Check in time after 3:00 pm

Check out time 11:00 am

Suite is NOT accessible by wheelchair

Small pets with permission

Smoking allowed on deck

In the event that you cannot make use of your reserved time, please contact us immediately. If we can rebook your allotted time we will refund at least half of your deposit. We really want your experience with us to be positive and will make the extra effort to have things work out. We will remind you though, that it is a deposit and that we have most likely turned away someone else so that we can accommodate you. Cancellations less than 30 days will usually result in your deposit being forfeit since the possibility of rebooking becomes rather slim.
